WHOLESALE POLICIES

 

SHIPPING/LEAD TIME

Items can ship anywhere in the world. All orders are shipped via USPS. Wholesale orders currently have a lead time of two weeks. If you are placing a large order (total quantity over 50 items), please allow an additional week for us to get everything ready. If your order is within the USA, you will receive a tracking number. Your order should arrive within 3 business days. The time it takes an international order to ship will vary.

 

RETURNS

We will gladly return any item within 10 days of delivery. We cannot accept any items returned after 30 days. Please include your order number and name of the item(s) you wish to return in your message. If there is anything wrong with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible! You will be issued a full refund within 2 - 6 days upon return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be delivered unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or you will not be eligible for a return.

 

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange any item for another item of the same quantity and size, within two weeks of delivery. We cannot accept any items returned after 30 days. If you would like to make an exchange, please send an email to hello@estherclark.co! Please include your order number and the name of the time(s) you wish to exchange in your message. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your exchange to be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be delivered unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or you will not be eligible for an exchange. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.
