Custom wedding suites are designed specifically for you, so you are intricately involved with the design process! We start by chatting about your ideas and going over key elements that you’d like to include in your invitations. If you have any photos or Pinterest boards, now is the perfect time to share! Email works well for these conversations, but I am happy to set up a phone or Skype conversation to talk details. After we have discussed everything, I'll come up with a concept that will be the basis for your invitations. I'll do up to three rounds of revisions on that concept, so that the final invitation is exactly the way you want it! Once you have approved the digital proofs, I’ll send them to the printer and get them into production. Please note: no further changes can be made after you have approved the proofs. After the invitations are complete, I will carefully package and ship them to you! The resulting suite is completely unique to you and your wedding day. 


You can choose to order a two-piece suite (including a main invitation + envelope) or a four-piece suite (including the main invitation + envelope and RSVP card + envelope. I work with several standard paper offerings: cotton (straight, cut edges) and handmade (deckle edges), but am more than willing to source unique papers for your suite if you’d like. I offer digital, letterpress, and metallic foil techniques for printing. I can also provide you with ornaments such as vintage stamps, wax seals, twine, silk ribbon, envelope liners, etc. 


I would highly recommend ordering 10 - 15 extra invitations when you decide on the quantity you want to order, as you may have last-minute additions to your guest list. It’s much easier to order a few more than you need than have to add to the number after you’ve already placed your order. They can also be kept as lovely keepsakes to look back on! We can start the process of designing your custom stationary as early as one year in advance, and no later than four months before your wedding date. If you need your stationery quickly, I will do my best to accommodate, but rush fees will apply.


Each suite is custom-quoted based on quantity, complexity, and materials, which can all vary greatly. Our minimum for fully custom suites is $3,000. The overall cost will be split into three payments: the first will be a non-refundable deposit which books your place in my calendar. The second will be midway through the design process, and the third (and final) will be after your approval of the final proofs. Your stationery will not be shipped until your balance is paid in full. Shipping costs are added to your final payment.
